The Octime group announces the acquisition of LibMed, a platform for managing replacements and reinforcements in the health and paramedical sector. With this takeover, the French publisher of HRIS (Information Systems for Human Resources) solutions intends to respond to one of the current issues facing healthcare establishments: staff absenteeism. We can easily understand the reasons given the exhaustion of caregivers caused by the overload of work linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, not to mention the degraded working conditions due to budget restrictions in public health in recent decades.

“LibMed has developed a very advanced technological platform in the field of replacement management and was looking for a partner to exploit its full potential. What better partner than Octime, leader in planning and GTA (Time and Activity Management) solutions? “, says Charles Grosdidier, co-founder and CEO of LibMed. « LibMed devient Staffelio by Octime », he specifies.

In the process, Octime therefore announces the availability of Staffelio, a solution in SaaS mode. “Management of replacements and reinforcements of internal or multi-site salaried staff ” integrated with its ATM and scheduling solution. According to the press release, “It makes it possible to digitize processes and automate the management of short-term contracts for individual contractors and additional external resources”.

« We thus wish to create the first platform of the replacement market dedicated to the health and medico-social sector ”, ambitions Nicolas Michel-Vernet, CEO of the Octime group.
