A total of 402,423 people have received the 3rd dose of the anti-Covid-19 vaccine since the launch of the operation, the Ministry of Health said on Thursday.

The number of first-time recipients reached 23,178,173, while the number of people who received the 2nd dose now stands at 20,723,634.

In total, 506 new cases of infection with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) and 763 healings have been recorded nationwide in the past 24 hours. This new assessment of positive cases brings to 941,009 the total number of contaminations since the first case reported in Morocco in March 2020.

The number of people recovered rose to 920,476, a cure rate of 97.8%.

As for deaths, their total number rose to 14,520 (1.5% lethality), with 20 new cases recorded, while 6,013 cases are still active, including 436 severe or critical. 23 patients are also intubated.
